To use: Spray on arms, legs, stomach or bottoms of feet. Use 5-10 sprays, massage in and allow to absorb for 20-30 minutes. Rinse if desired. 

Warnings:  For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken or irritated skin. A tingling or mild burning sensation may occur, especially during initial use.
